Give Staff Their Own Login
Go to Users → Add New, fill in their username and email, and choose an appropriate Role — Editor for most content editors, or Author/Contributor for more limited access.
Giving each person their own account means changes are traceable to the person who made them, and you can remove just one person’s access later without affecting anyone else — useful when staff leave or change roles.
If you want a specific page only visible to logged-in staff, open it for editing and find the Content Permissions panel near the bottom of the screen — tick the roles allowed to view it.
Go to Users → Roles to review who has which role, and adjust what each role is allowed to do if needed.
