Why this one isn't self-serve

Some documents — a prospectus, fee guide, or extended-day info pack, for example — are shown on a page as a scrollable, page-turning flipbook rather than a plain PDF download link. This is powered by ISSUU, a third-party service that hosts and displays the document.

The flipbook lives inside Innermedia’s own ISSUU account, not your website’s Media Library. Because of that, updating it isn’t something you can do from your WordPress dashboard — even though a normal PDF link on the same page usually is.

Send your updated document to Innermedia support along with a link to the page it appears on. We'll upload the new version to ISSUU and swap it into the flipbook for you.

🔍 Not sure if a document is a flipbook?

If the document scrolls or page-turns inside an embedded viewer on the page (rather than opening or downloading as a plain PDF), it's an ISSUU flipbook — send it to support to update rather than looking for it in the Media Library.
