Gravity Forms
Go to Forms → select your form → Settings → Notifications. Confirm the Send To Email address is correct. Make sure the notification is set to Active.
The From Email should use your website’s domain (e.g. noreply@yourdomain.co.uk). Using a Gmail or Hotmail address here often causes emails to be blocked. Update it if needed.
Form notification emails sometimes land in spam or junk folders. Search your email for the form’s subject line. If found in spam, mark it as “Not Spam” to help future emails arrive correctly.
Go to Forms → Entries for the form in question. If entries appear here but emails aren’t arriving, the issue is with email delivery, not the form itself. Contact your hosting provider or ask InnerMedia to check your SMTP setup.
