Can't Log In? Try the Direct Admin Login Link

Try the direct URL

Go to yourwebsite.com/wp-admin (or /wp-login.php) directly, rather than any bookmarked or emailed link, which may be outdated. Some of our sites use a renamed login address instead — if the usual one doesn’t work, also try yourwebsite.com/im-admin.

Clear cookies for the site

If that still doesn’t work, clear your browser’s cookies for your website’s domain and try again.

Try a private/incognito window

This rules out a browser extension or stored session causing the issue.
