Go to WPForms → All Forms and click Edit on the form you want to split into steps.
In the Fancy Fields section, find Page Break and drag it between groups of fields where you want to create a new page. Each Page Break creates a new step in the form. Repeat until you have the right number of sections.
Click the first Page Break (the one at the top of the form) to access the progress indicator settings. Choose between a Progress Bar, Connector, or None. Click on individual Page Breaks to customise the Next and Previous button labels.
Click Save, then Preview to test the multi-step experience. Walk through each page to make sure the fields are grouped logically and the navigation feels smooth. Adjust the page breaks if any section feels too long or short.
