A Page Only Accessible by Direct Link
Go to Pages → Add New, add your WPForms form using the WPForms block or shortcode, and publish as normal — leave Visibility as Public, since that’s what lets anyone with the link open it.
Simply avoid adding this page to Appearance → Menus, so it isn’t discoverable through your site navigation.
If Relevanssi is active, open the page for editing and tick Exclude this post from search results in the Relevanssi panel.
Copy the page’s URL (visible when viewing it live, or via the View link on the edit screen) and share it directly with whoever needs it.
