Gravity Forms
In your WordPress dashboard, go to Forms → New Form. Give your form a title (e.g. “Contact Us”) and click Create Form. You’ll be taken to the form editor.
Use the right-hand panel to drag fields into your form. For a standard contact form, add Name, Email, Phone (optional), and Paragraph Text for the message. Click any field to edit its label, placeholder, or required setting.
Go to Settings → Notifications within the form editor. The default notification sends submissions to your admin email. Update the Send To Email field if you want submissions going to a different address. You can also customise the subject line and message body.
Go to Settings → Confirmations. Choose whether the user sees a text message, is redirected to a page, or shown a custom page after submitting. For most contact forms, a simple thank-you message works well.
Open the page where you want the form (e.g. your Contact page) in the block editor. Add a Gravity Forms block (or use the shortcode [gravityform id="X"]). Select your form from the dropdown, update the page, and preview it to confirm everything looks right.
