Embed Vimeo Videos on a Password-Protected Page

Add your page content using headings for each section, e.g. “Induction”, “Health & Safety”.
Under the relevant heading, paste the Vimeo video’s share URL directly into the content area on its own line — WordPress automatically turns it into an embedded player.
Some pages have a dedicated video field (ACF) rather than embedding into the main content area. If that’s the case here, paste the Vimeo distribution link — not the regular share URL — into that field, using the 1080p version for desktop.
You can also set individual videos to Private/Password on Vimeo itself, under each video’s own Privacy settings, so they can’t be viewed even if the embed link leaks separately from the page password.
