Amend Your Prompted Starter Questions

Open the chatbot's settings
Go to aiAgent → Agent List and click the Edit icon on the chatbot you want to update.

Find Prompted Starter Questions
Under General Settings, find the Prompted Starter Questions box.

Edit the questions
Each question is separated by a comma — type your question, then press , before starting the next one, e.g. Tell me about Amba, Book a demo.

Save your changes
Click Update at the bottom of the panel.
