Amend Your Chatbot's Widget

Open the chatbot's settings

Go to aiAgent → Agent List and click the Edit icon on the chatbot you want to update.

Update the pop-up messages

Under Widget Settings, edit the Widget Pop-up Messages fields — these are the teaser messages that appear next to the chat bubble before it’s clicked (e.g. “Welcome! Click here to chat with our AI assistant.”).

Change the widget icon

Use Widget Icon Image Upload to replace the icon shown on the chat bubble.

Save your changes

Click Update at the bottom of the panel.
