Add a Video to Your Chatbot

Open Global Videos
Go to aiAgent → Global, then click the Videos tab.

Add the video
Click + Add Video and fill in:
- Video name
- URL — the video’s link (e.g. a Vimeo share link)
- Trigger points — one per line, these are the words or phrases that should cause the chatbot to surface this video
- Description (optional)

Save
Click Save. The video will now appear whenever a visitor’s question matches one of its trigger points, across every chatbot.
