Test Your Key Data Questions

Open KDQ Testing

Go to aiAgent and click the KDQ Testing tab.

Run a test

Use Select Chatbot to choose which chatbot to test (or leave as all), then click Run KDQ Test. Each question in the list is sent to the chatbot and its live answer is compared against the expected answer.

Check the results

Each row shows the AI’s latest answer and a Result of Pass or Fail. Anything marked as failing is worth reviewing — see our guide on correcting an incorrect chatbot answer.

Automate it (optional)

Click Schedule Monthly Test to have this run automatically every month, or Download to export the current results.
