Why this happens

Most pages let you set a Featured Image from a box on the right-hand side of the editor. Some pages — particularly the homepage — are built differently, using their own dedicated banner or image field instead. If that’s the case, there won’t be a Featured Image box to use at all.

🔍 Where to look instead

Scroll down below the main content editor on the page — if it uses its own image field, you'll find it there (often labelled something like Banner or Home Options) rather than in the sidebar.

If you’ve checked below the content editor and still can’t see anywhere to change the image, contact support with the page you’re trying to update and we’ll point you to the right place or make the change for you.
