Select the Image

Click the image while editing a page.

Find the Alt Text Field

In the right sidebar, look for ‘Alt text (alternative text)’.

Write Descriptive Alt Text

Describe what the image shows in a natural sentence.

Pro Tip

Don't start with 'Image of...' — screen readers already announce it's an image.

Save

Click ‘Update’ to save.
