Add a Key Data Question

Open KDQ Testing

Go to aiAgent and click the KDQ Testing tab.

Add the question

Click Add KDQ and fill in:

  • Question — the question you want tested, e.g. “How much does it cost to go to the school?”
  • Chatbot — which chatbot this question applies to

Save

Click Add to save it, or Add & Run Test to save it and immediately test the chatbot’s current answer against it.
