Add a New Retraining Prompt

Open Model Retraining

Go to Model Retraining in the sidebar.

Add the prompt

Click New Retraining Prompt and fill in:

  • Question — the question you want the chatbot to be able to answer
  • Answer — exactly how it should respond
  • Bot — which chatbot this applies to

Save

Click Save. The new question and answer will appear in the list, ready to be tested or approved.
