Amend Your Chatbot's Messages

Open the chatbot's settings

Go to aiAgent → Agent List and click the Edit icon on the chatbot you want to update.

Update the greeting message

Under Chatbot Message Settings, edit the Greeting Message — this is the first thing the chatbot says once the conversation opens (default: “How may I help you?”).

Update the out-of-context response

Edit the User ‘Out of Context’ Response — this is what the chatbot replies with when it can’t answer a question.

Save your changes

Click Update at the bottom of the panel.
