Open Email Notifications

Go to Email Notifications under the Admin section of the sidebar.

Turn an alert on or off

Use the toggle next to Leads / support requests or Conversation completed to switch that alert type on or off.

Manage recipients

Type an email address and press Enter or comma to add it to that alert’s list. Click the × next to any address to remove it.

Save

Click Save.
