Edit Your Chatbot's Appearance

Open the chatbot's settings

Go to aiAgent → Agent List, find the chatbot you want to update, and click the Edit (pencil) icon in its row.

Update the name and tagline

In the Edit Chatbot panel, update Name of Chatbot and Tagline at the top.

Change the colour and font

Use Chatbot Colour and Font Colour to pick new colours, and choose from the Font Family dropdown to change the typeface used in the chat window.

Save your changes

Click Update at the bottom of the panel. Changes apply immediately wherever the chatbot is embedded.
