Open the chatbot

Go to aiAgent in the sidebar and click the specific chatbot you want to test (e.g. aiAdmissions or aiParents).

Chat with it

This opens a live preview of the chatbot. Type questions into it exactly as a visitor would, to check greetings, starter questions, and answers are all working as expected.

Save the conversation

This conversation will be saved in Chat History for you to review.
