Open Chat History
Go to aiAgent → Chat History.

Find a conversation
Use the search box, the date range filter, or the bot filter (All bots) to narrow down the list on the left, then click a conversation to open its full transcript.

Export the data (optional)
Click Export as CSV to download conversations for reporting or further analysis.
